Where I've worked
Internships, dev projects, and real leadership — from energy-tech startups to international fencing tournaments.
professional
Engineering Intern — Business Engineering
End-to-end business development: prospecting clients, running technical meetings, and feeding into commercial negotiations. On the ops side, I sourced and interviewed engineering consultants, tracked mission progress, managed client relationships, and owned KPI reporting.
Project Lead & Full Stack Developer
Ran a 5-person team from first client brief to app-store release. Figma mockups, React + Firebase stack, iOS/Android deployment, backoffice on Vercel. Budget ownership and weekly sprints throughout.
Engineering Intern — Smart energy & building systems
On-site diagnostics across sensors, PMS servers, and network layers. Stress-tested the full Passenergy solution before national rollout. Pushed improvement scenarios to GitHub, owned them end-to-end. Startup pace: when things break, you fix them fast.
Web Developer (PHP)
Built a PHP/XML tool to automate competition result processing for the French Fencing Federation. Delivered a working dashboard for coaches to track athlete performance, presented it to federation staff, and shipped a polished v2 based on their notes.
Attractions Operator
Managed 800+ guests a day on major rides — safety-first, no exceptions. Multicultural crowd, constant pressure, zero margin for error. The kind of operational discipline that no classroom teaches.
Field Technician Intern
Preventive maintenance across client sites in the Lyon area, including McDonald's franchises. Prioritised call-outs through the internal dispatch tool, worked independently and alongside the permanent field crew.
leadership & volunteering
Project Lead — Event Operations & National Referee
Main organiser of a 200+ person international fencing tournament — two days, one shot to get it right. Ran a 15-person volunteer crew, owned all logistics, and handled live crises as they came. Also a national-level referee: I supervise anywhere from 3 to 15 officials per event.
